McMaster Graffiti

So one of my hobbies (don’t ask me why) is taking photos of the graffiti on McMaster University campus. I feel like I’d take photos of other locations too, but when I’m not at home I’m at work/school. Well now it’s just work. But I still call it school. I like to go for walks on my lunch break. It helps me clear my head, exercises my otherwise unmoving legs, and there’s always something new to see at McMaster. (more…)

10 signs that you’re infatuated with him

  1. You make excuses for his flaws, even though you can’t get over them either. In fact, you think about them all the time. But then that makes you think about him all the time…
  2. Everything, I mean everything reminds you of him. Okay it’s physically impossible to be thinking about someone 24/7, but things that other people say, things you see, or places you go remind you of him. There is no escape!

That time that I used AfterEffects to make kinetic typography

Although the department doesn’t subscribe to this program anymore, it was fun to play around with the buttons and knobs in Adobe AfterEffects for the first time. Learned a lot, tried out 3D camera rotation, got tons of positive feedback from people who watched it.

Hoping to try my hand at kinetic typography again some day! You can use the same AfterEffects tutorials from YouTube.
